_Striver_ First post ever here ... I need to go to a family dinner at Brio Tuscan Grill and could really use some suggestions to stay below 8-10 grams of carbs while keeping my protein and fat macros balanced ... any suggestions?
- phawny Anything on the "grille" portion of the menu (filet mignon, new york strip, etc) with roasted vegetables as the side should be fine (watch exactly what veg they give you, of course). Budget 8-10g carbs for the veg and possible "hidden" carbs.
Plenty of other things on the menu would be fine without the various potato sides, but no need to overcomplicate it. If you need an appetizer, beef carpaccio and wedge salad should both be good without substitutions. If you're looking to save calories, the filet mignon, grilled chicken breast, lamb chops, or the salmon (without the balsamic glaze and sweet potatoes) on the "light menu" would all work.
