- Basically what's Keto at Buffalo Wild Wings

- Ipeunipig I stick with the bone in wings and medium or parmesean garlic sauces. I think 12 wings adds up to about 3-4 net carbs.
- emag Traditional bone-in wings, with the following sauces or dry rubs:
Their side salads sans croutons are relatively safe, too. Stay away from the boneless wings, they're breaded. Get just celery w/ the wings (no carrots), and both the blue cheese & ranch are safe. Source: weekly get-together with friends at BWW every Friday evening...

- Ubertam Went there the other day for the first time. Had 6 Blazin wings and their mini brats with no bun. Was pretty durn good.
- tomrex Dry rub is pretty much your best friend here. Salt & vinegar is pretty amazing. Six of those and six buffalo dry rub with a tall Michelob Ultra is my weekly treat. Keeps me in keto and keeps me happy.
- Bancer705 They also have burgers, which you can get without a bun of course. I went a couple days ago and got some of their "naked" chicken tenders (grilled, no breading), with the Parmesan garlic sauce and it was pretty damn good.
- goaliedad99 naked tenders. usually get the hot sauce as a dipper. salad no croutons with ranch.
- Buffalo Wild Wings are Keto Friendly!!

I went there last night and ordered up some bone-in wings and just to make sure, I asked them about their nutritional chart. The wings and sauces are for the most part Keto friendly. The only exceptions are the sweeter sauces which obviously have sugar in them such as Sweet BBQ, Hot BBQ, Honey BBQ, Mango Habanjero, Asian Zing, Caribbean Jerk and Teriyaki. The spicy sauces are pretty much all good to go! All the wings were portioned at 12 wings, which is good enough to get me satisfied and the standard buffalo sauce has only 2g per 12 wings! I already go there every week, now I have even more reason to go. TL;DR: Spicy sauced bone-in wings at Buffalo Wild Wings are Keto Friendly.- KETOWIN at Buffalo Wild Wings

Wanted to share for my people that don't want to miss out when the fam goes to BWW. I ordered 5-piece Naked Tenders. 260 cals and 0 carbs. Added a side of slaw for 100 cals and 4 carbs. It. Was. Delicious.
- Archimedes-Jack Definitely good, regarding calories. However I don't believe BWW breads their regular wings, so I wouldn't personally get their frozen tenders when I can have actual wings that have no carbs.
- alexfloors Agreed! I'd get wings any day over tenders. I wanted to change it up and only had so many calories to play with. I was just surprised how good the tenders were!
- blondbutters21 And they use beef tallow which is awesome!
- Buffalo Wild Wings - Blazin Knockout sauce (BEWARE)
It appears that BWW's has come up with a new version of the Blazin sauce because apparently the previous version was not hot enough. For many years this sauce has been my go-to keto friendly sauce with my extra crispy wings. However, I looked up the nutritional stats on this new sauce because it had a sweet aftertaste, and discovered that this new sauce has 24g of carbs per serving!! Not sure how many people this will affect, but I wanted to bring it to the communities attention. Blazin sauce may now be off the menu, especially if you pair their ranch along with your meal.
- Atomh8s 10g out of the 12g carbs is sugar! Pretty bad! Hot and original buffalo still look fine, and Dry buffalo damn good. Glad I can buy these in the store too since the prices at BWW is unbelievable.
- quacsteady They better not change the Parmesan Garlic!
- TheBroWil Dry rub on wings and a Green Chile Smash Burger w/o bun and side salad as the side, for me please. That's our "Go To" at BWW
