Delerium89 I constantly see people posting about chipotle low carb meals with just meats cheese guac etc. I dont have a chipotle where i live, the closest thing is Cafe Rio or Costa Vida. Anyway if any redditors have been to one of these 2 what do you get
- champtang Taco tuesday and just don't eat the tortillas for Cafe Rio That or ask for it in a bowl
- camfunction From Cafe Rio: Steak or Chicken salad, extra meat, add shredded cheese, no rice, no beans, no tortilla, no tortilla strips. Go easy on the pico and heavy on the guac. Also don't use too much of the dressing. 1.5oz of the tomatillo ranch is like 13g of carbs. I usually just have them load up on sour cream then add bottled hot sauce for extra flavor.
- goodolbluey Costa Vida's pork is sugary, sadly, so stick to chicken or steak.
