Welcome to Soak City
- The following items are not permitted inside the park: Large coolers, food, beverages, class, pop up shade structures play pens or tents.
- Small hand held coolers not exceeding 12"x 18" In size will be allowed that contain water and sports drinks only.
- Life jackets are required for children who are less than 48" tall in bare feet or those who are inexperienced or non-swimmers. Life jackets are available for all guests needing special consideration, children who are less than 42" tall must wear life jackets and be accompanied by a supervising companion. Only coast guard approved life jackets are allowed as flotation devices. Life Jackets are provided free of charge for guests who require one.
- Face masks, snorkels, fins, water toys and personal tubes will not be permitted on the attractions.
- Proper swimwear is required. Swimwear is defined as a one or two piece swimsuit. Pants, denim, thongs or transparent clothing are not permitted. No metal ornamentation on clothing. We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of swimwear.
- Some attractions may require riders to be free of metal or plastic ornamentation (rivets), life vests, footwear and eye-wear.
- Ride restrictions do apply, please refer to all ride signage at the entrance to each attraction. Our lifeguards are highly trained and qualified. Please follow their instructions at all times.
- Children under 42" Must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry into the Park.
- Diaper aged children must wear a brightly colored swim diaper in order to participate in aquatic attractions. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the wipeout surf shop.
- Lounge chairs are available on a first come first serve basis. Lounge chairs must remain in designated areas.
- Lost and found is located at guest cervices next to the locker rental area. Please designate a group meeting spot. We are unable to page guests.
- Ticket required for re-entry. Season pass holders must present pass for re-entry.
- Whistles, radios and mega phones are prohibited.
- The soak city aquatics staff actively participates in lifeguard vigilance awareness training. Be advised that our rescue mannequin may appear at the bottom of the pool as a training drill for our lifeguards.
- Soak city does not issue refunds due to inclement weather, prices, hours, schedule and attraction availability are subject to change without prior notice.
