Bake 4 Cakes

• 2 round white cakes in hemisphere pans
• 2 yellow cakes in regular flat round pans
• Let cool
• Wrap in cling wrap
• Room temperature overnight

Assemble

1. Prep Cake Turntable Round cakeboard and a dab of frosting on both sides
2. Cut Bottom Cut bottom flat so the cake will be stable
3. Frost Add Frosting to the bottom hemisphere layer
4. Stack Middle Stack the two round cakes in yellow frosting and layer them on top of the bottom hemisphere layer
5. Top Add the top hemisphere layer and add white frosting
6. Rough in the nine ball number
7. Smooth the Frosting Fine tune it into a ball shape
8. Refrigerate
