How to Choose
Flip the packs over and look. The red line along the top - that is what you are looking at. You want it to go all the way across.
The top one here looks pretty good
The second is okay but has half of it as fat.
The third one does not go all the way across.
The fourth and fifth both look good.
Number 5 has the best top line and slightly more even with less amount of fat compared to number 4. This is the best choice.

Look at the Front
Make sure it is all one section (not five slices from different packs)
