14 Cupcake Liners. Pre-heat Oven to 350 F. Mix the dry Ingredients (3/4 Cup Flour, 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/4 tbsp Salt, 3/4 tbsp Baking Soda) Whisk until smooth (2 Eggs. 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar. 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar. 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil. 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract). Combine Half Wet into the Dry. 1/4 cup Buttermilk. Combine other Half. 1/4 cup Buttermilk. Whisk until Smooth. Spoon Batter into liners Halfway. Bake about 20 Minutes. Let Cool. Frost and Sprinkle

  1. Set out 14 Cupcake Liners
  2. Pre-heat Oven to 350 F
  3. 3/4 Cup Flour
  4. 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  5. 1 tsp Baking Powder
  6. 1/4 tbsp Salt
  7. 3/4 tbsp Baking Soda
  8. Mix the Dry Ingredients
  9. 2 Eggs
  10. 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  11. 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
  12. 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  13. 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  14. Whisk until smooth
  15. Combine Half Wet into the Dry
  16. 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  17. Combine other Half
  18. 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  19. Whisk until Smooth
  20. Spoon Batter into liners Halfway
  21. Bake about 20 Minutes
  22. Check with Toothpick
  23. Let Cool
