Hard Boil Eggs
How to Hard Boil Eggs: Store the eggs upside down in the fridge to center the yolks. Put cold eggs in saucepan. Add cold tap water an inch over the eggs. Put stove to high heat. Wait for rolling boil (10-12 minutes). Turn off Heat. Cover with lid (10-12 minutes) [Less = Softer Yolks]. Prepare ice bath. Put eggs in ice bath to stop them from cooking on the inside. Tap and roll the eggs on the counter once cool. Peel them under running water.
