How to Dice an Onion
How to Dice an Onion - 1. Slice an onion in half through the root and the stem 2. Peel off outer layer of skin and throw away 3. Cut off one end (either one is fine) 4. Slice starting along the grain to the center but not all the way through (five or ten times depending on how fine you want the dices) 5. Slice horizontal three times (or more depending on how fine you want) 6. Finally slice across the grain to achieve the dices 7. Dice the edges of the root / stem end then throw that part away.
