Divide Butter into Pats
One hassle about making bulletproof coffee is needing to cut a slice of butter each morning. By slicing parchment paper in between each tablespoon of butter in the entire block, you can divide the butter up into individual pats that you can grab easily each morning without having to get a knife dirty. The Butter Way: Somehow the knife cuts right through the butter without cutting through the parchment paper.
