Use knife to twist the seed out. Slices the two halves the long way again. Peel of the Skin. Trim off anything brown.

- Chop the Nub Off
- Slice the Long way down the middle hitting the seed
- Pick up the avocado
- Spin the avocado with knife circling the seed
- Try and have the ending slice line up with the beginning slice
- Set the knife down and twist apart into two halves
- Karate Chop the Seed with the Knife
- Twist out Seed
- Slices Halves Again
- The Long Way Again
- Peel off Skin
- Trim off anything brown
