The History of Pizza
On the 8th day of January of 1867
King Nicola II of Naples had in his employ a baker by the name of Angelo Hugo Falato. On this particular day the King noticed him patting a few pieces of leftover dough and putting tomatoes on top of it. He waited 'till he had finished baking them and tried one. He enjoyed them so much that he ordered Falato as royal cook and installed ovens for this purpose. Thus he was able to enjoy pizza fit for a king.
