At Reynolds, we’re obsessed with creating products that make mealtimes easier, so you can focus on what matters most.

We’ve been working hard to innovate products that make it easier for your family to prep, cook, and clean. We’re also focused on additional sustainable solutions for the future and more ways that we can impact our communities.

History
For 75 years, Reynolds has been in the kitchen making mealtimes easier, so you can make them special.

A Long History of Quality Products
From the early days, Reynolds has focused on creating high quality products you can trust that will make life in the kitchen easier.

World War II
Reynolds was relied upon for producing materials used by the government during World War II. The production was extensive and helped significantly boost Reynolds' production capacity, but that was nothing compared to the postwar demand for aluminum.

1946
The company purchased six government-owned production plants and doubled its production capacity. A year later Reynolds Metals releases its first box of Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil and quickly becomes a staple in American kitchens

By the late 1960s
More women were joining the workforce and their role in the kitchen began to shift. Fortunately, Reynolds' high-quality products were perfectly equipped to keep up with this shift, and they helped make it easier to balance busy schedules and get things done. They introduced products like oven bags, wax paper and baking cups to make cooking easier.

In the 2000s
The cooking landscape continued to evolve and people started turning more to digital content for techniques and recipes with the launch of social media and brands like Facebook and YouTube. Reynolds kept up with people's increasingly busy lives by continuing to bring innovation such as Slow Cooker Liners, Non-stick Foil and Parchment Paper with SmartGrid.

2016
Reynolds Consumer Products introduced the Reynolds Kitchens brand, a diverse portfolio of kitchen essentials that provide quality solutions to keep up with the way people live.

Sustainability
Reynolds is committed to taking care of our planet and its people. We hold ourselves to a higher standard, insist on transparency in our actions and continually drive for options that better support the earth and all its communities.

Key Sustainable Efforts

  • Packaging that is made from 100% recycled paperboard, which is 100% recyclable.
  • Certified compostable products. All parchment paper, wax paper and butcher paper products are certified compostable.
  • FSC or SFI certification on parchment, wax, butcher and freezer paper products. These certifications ensure our materials are sourced responsibly from sustainably managed forests.
  • Participation for all Reynolds products in How2Recycle™ standardized labeling which clearly communicates recycling and composting instructions for both our products and our packaging, where applicable.
  • Sustainability that starts with our people. We are evolving our business practices and policies to be more affirming, representative and inclusive of the diversity of our customers, colleagues, and communities.

Sustainable Innovation
Reynolds is also dedicated to launching innovative products that offer more sustainable solutions. Examples include Reynolds Wrap 100% Recycled Aluminum Foil which uses less energy to produce and coreless wax paper which uses less material.

Reynolds Partnership with Feeding America
1 in 10 people in America don’t have regular access to meals. Reynolds has joined Feeding America in the fight against hunger by helping provide over 2 million meals* to families in need across the country.

*$1 helps provide at least 10 meals secured by Feeding America on behalf of member food banks. (Statistics included in print and video content were current at time of production and may vary)

Supporting The Fight Against Hunger
Enjoying a meal with your family is one part of the day that Reynolds truly values, but many children and families living in America face hunger every day. In addition to providing meals*, Reynolds also helps create awareness for the cause as well as employee volunteer opportunities.
