German Tiger Tank
For the December 1944 Ardennes Offensive (aka The Battle of the Bulge) the German high command assembled 250 "King" Tigers (Panzer Mk VI II) for the armored battalions of four SS panzer divisions.
Although their seven inches of frontal armor and 88mm L71 main guns were ideal for defense in the open steppes of the eastern front, they were somewhat of a bust in the Ardennes.
Their weight and size made them difficult to maneuver over the small roads and bridges, and high gas consumption limited their range.
This 1/35 scale model is detailed and painted as it would have appeared in December 1944 (including the "ambush pattern") in the 1st SS Panzer Regiment, 1st SS Panzer division.
The Scourge of Allied Tanks German Jagdpanzer IV/70(V) Tank Destroyer
Perhaps the ultimate expression of the WW II tank destroyer was the German Jagdpanzer IV/70(V).
The combination of a low silhouette; 80mm frontal armor; the incomparable L70 75mm main gun (same as the Panther Panzer Mk V); and the tried-and-true Panzer Mk IV chassis resulted in it being the scourge of allied tanks.
Manufacturing of various versions began in 1943. The L70 variant (this model) was manufactured from early 1944 until the end of the war and served in the anti-tank units of the panzer divisions.
This 1/35 scale model is painted and detailed as it would have appeared in the winter of 1944-45, in the anti-tank battalion of the 9th Panzer Division.

Brummbars were initially developed in 1942 as sort of an urban assault vehicle.
The late versions (this model) were based on the Mk IV chassis and mounted a short barreled 152mm main gun
This 1/35 scale model is painted and detalled as it would have appeared in late 1944 on the eastern front as part of the 216th
Through the Wire
Inspired by a brief scene from the film "1917" this diorama shows a French infantry squad moving past a disabled Saint-Chamond Tank.
About 400 of these were manufactured beginning in the spring of 1917.
Although armed with a formidable 75mm main gun the tank was underpowered and the short wheel (or track) base frequently caused the tank to get stuck.

SS Surprise The Panzerbefehlswagen 35 designed and built in Czechoslovakia, was introduced to service with the German Wehrmacht as the Pz 35(t). The letter (t) stood for tschechisch (German for "Czech").
