Lamson Slotted Turner
The shape, angle, and size is just perfect if you're right handed. Use this with stainless steel pans or cast iron but never for anything non-stick. This one has a POM (polyacetal) handle that is dishwasher safe but it is not ok for leaning against anything hot. Wood handles are for that but each time I get anything wood handled it ends up being soaked overnight in the sink or in the dishwasher and they're never the same. I like the composite handles just know that they are susceptible to heat.
