Turn Instant Pot to Saute and Add Butter. Sear pot roast (thawed) (3 min each side). Add Some Salt. Add Sliced Onion. Pour in can of Broth. Close lid. 70 minutes (Ultra Manual Setting) Quick Release. Top with the au jus and onions once you serve it.
