Egg Cups with ham, bacon, peppers, onions, and cheese - Pre-heat Oven to 400. Start Get Peppers and Onions. Crack 10 Eggs into a bowl. Grate 1/2 Cup Cheese. Mix the Eggs. Salt and Pepper. Spray a Muffin Pan. Put a Slice Ham or Turkey in Each One. Add a little Grated Cheese to Each Cup. Fill with Eggs. Add: Peppers and Onions, Green Onions, Crushed Red Peppers. 15 Minutes Oven. They're ready when the eggs are set.
