Get Bell Pepper Grilling with Onions. Add the Ground Beef once Onions and Pepper are tender. Paper Towel Excess Grease. Add the Ingredients: 1 Can Beef Broth, 1 Can Tomato Sauce, all the Spices. Bring to a Boil. Simmer 10 Minutes. Paper Towel Excess Broth. Top with Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, and Diced Onions.

Makes 5 Big Bowls
- Dice an Onion - Save a little to top each serving

- Mix Spices
- 1 tsp
- Cayenne Pepper
- Paprika
- Salt
- 1 tbsp
- Ground Cumin
- Chili Powder
- Get Bell Pepper Grilling with Onions
- Add the Ground Beef once Onions and Pepper are tender
- Paper Towel Excess Grease
- Add the Ingredients
- 1 Can Beef Broth
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- The Spices
- Bring to a Boil
- Simmer 10 Minutes
- Paper Towel Excess Broth
- Top
- Shredded Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Diced Onions
Chop onion save a little, start it in the pan then then slice a bell pepper. Add it to the onions. Once good add ground beef until brown. Add everything else and boil it. Grate some cheese. Let it simmer 10 minutes then done. Add grated cheese and onions and sour cream.
This was very good the cold onions made it. I went back for thirds! Some bites had a cold spice flavor that was too much - perhaps the chili powder? Not the cumin. Next time 1 spoon less of something. Only used 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef which is why had to paper towel some liquid out. Totally forgot to add the garlic. Didn’t miss it though.
Chili reheated minute and a half in microwave added a couple of cuts of sharp cheddar broken up and some sour cream it was great! I think better the next day the spices seemed to have settled in and that cold spice taste was pretty much gone! You could live on this stuff!
Didn't quite use 2 pounds of ground beef here so it was too much broth
